Small Melting Furnace:
1. Using Simens IGBT power device, our MF small melting furnace are much more integrated and miniaturized. Effective output power can reach 95%, even higher.
2. We have vertical melting furnaces, hand operated melting furnaces,electric melting furnaces, laboratory use melting furnaces. Our melting furnaces are suitable for different weights / material objects melting with multiple furnace drawing out methods.
3. Using subminiature MF induction heating power supply ,our furnace can save 30% power compared with traditional thyristor medium frequency furnace.
4. Both heating and diathermy properties are good. Temperature is well-distributed.
5. MF magnetic field has functions of stirring the molten metal. It helps the molten metal composition to be uniform.
6. Generally,our engineers will recommend a type of our melting furnace to you based on the job you do. Melting time will be 20-30 minutes,when furnace is hot with its biggest melting capacity.
